ANALISIS TINGKAT KEEKONOMISAN TERHADAP RENCANA TEKNIS PENAMBANGAN TIMAH PRIMER DI PT. TIMAH Tbk. DAERAH BATUBESI DESA MENGKUBANG KECAMATAN DAMAR KABUPATEN BELITUNG TIMUR PROVINSI BANGKA BELITUNG

Seiring dengan kemajuan analisis perhitungan tingkat keekonomisan dari penambangan timah, dimana tingkat ekonomis ditentukan dari jumlah cadangan dan rencana penambangan yang relevan menghasilkan keuntungan. PT. Timah Tbk sedang melakukan eksplorasi timah primer dan rencana penambangan di beberapa tempat dalam wilayah konsesi di daerah Belitung termasuk pada daerah penelitian di Blok 1 Daerah Batubesi Desa Mengkubang Kecamatan Damar Kabupaten Belitung Timur Provinsi Bangka Belitung. Berdasarkan data perencanaan tambang, jumlah cadangan timah primer sebesar 14.033 ton dengan rencana produksi 50 ton/bulan, sehingga mine life selama 23 tahun dengan penambangan di awal tahun bisa sesuai dengan target yang diinginkan karena ore timah sudah berada dipermukaan. Tugas akhir ini dilakukan untuk menganalisis tingkat keekonomisan terhadap rencana penambangan timah primer di Blok 1 Daerah Batubesi berdasarkan skema penambangan sendiri (tanpa mitra), tanpa data eskalasi dan data amortisasi. Hasil analisis menggunakan discounted cash flow menunjukkan bahwa rencana penambangan layak secara ekonomi karena waktu pengembalian investasi selama 3 tahun 5 bulan, profitability index lebih besar dari 1, internal rate of return (IRR) lebih besar dari minimum attractive rate of return (MARR), serta net present value bernilai positif. Analisis sensitivitas dilakukan terhadap 2 parameter yaitu penurunan pendapatan dan kenaikan biaya operasional, hal tersebut dilakukan untuk mengetahui pengaruh perubahan terhadap NPV yang diperoleh serta untuk mengetahui parameter yang paling sensitif terhadap perubahan. Pada penelitian ini, parameter penurunan pendapatan lebih sensitif dibandingkan dengan kenaikan biaya operasional.rnrnAlong with the progress of the calculation analysis of the economic level of tin mining, where the economic level is determined from the amount of reserves and relevant mining plans generate profits. The result of the analysis using discounted cash flow shows that the mining plan is economically feasible because of the investment payback period of 3 years and 5 months, the profitability index is greater than 1, the internal rate of return (IRR) is greater than the minimum attractive rate of return (MARR), and Net present value is positive. The sensitivity analysis was conducted on 2 parameters, namely the decrease of income and the increase of operational cost, it was done to know the effect of the change on the NPV obtained and to know the parameters that are most sensitive to changes. In this research, income decrease parameters are more sensitive than the increase in operating cost.
