MODIFIKASI DAN PEMBUATAN PELAT PENGARAH BERONDOLAN PADA TIPPLER DI PABRIK KELAPA SAWIT RANTAU PANJANG

Mesin tippler di Pabrik Kelapa Sawit Rantau Panjang masih ditemukan losses yakni berondolan keluar dari area penuangan tippler. Selain menjadi losses, berondolan keluar area penuangan tippler berpotensi merusak roller tippler. Banyaknya berondolan keluar juga akan mempersulit pekerjaan operator untuk membersihkan area tippler. Kegiatan ini selain kurang efisien juga memiliki risiko kecelakaan kerja yang cukup tinggi dikarenakan area tippler terdapat chain dan roller penggerak tippler serta berada di ketinggian lebih dari empat meter dan lantai area pembersihan juga dalam kondisi licin. Setelah dilakukan identifikasi menggunakan fishbone analysis, maka didapatkan kesimpulan bahwa berondolan keluar dikarenakan adanya celah diantara tippler dengan lori saat penuangan lori dilakukan. Untuk mengurangi akibat yang timbul dari berondolan keluar area penuangan tippler maka dilakukan modifikasi pada tippler yakni dengan penambahan pelat pengarah berondolan. Pelat pengarah berondolan terdiri dari pelat karet dengan dimensi 2000 mm x 200 mm x 25 mm terbuat dari bahan ban wheel loader bekas. Lalu pelat penyangga dari baja mild steel dengan dimensi 2000 mm x 100 mm x 9 mm. Selanjutnya yaitu baut dan mur dengan spesifikasi UNC 5/8 x 2,5. Pelat pengarah berondolan dihubungkan ke tippler dengan cara kepala baut pada pelat pengarah berondolan dilas ke tippler pada bagian area masuk lori. Setelah pelat pengarah berondolan digunakan terjadi penurunan jumlah dan berat berondolan keluar area penuangan tippler dari awalnya 331,8 berondolan perhari menjadi 35,1 berondolan perhari serta dari awalnya 3,36 kg perhari menjadi 0,33 kg perhari. Then the buffer plate is made of mild steel, with dimensions of 2000 mm x 100 mm x 9 mm. Next are bolts and nuts with 5/8 x 2.5 UNC specifications. The fruitlet guide plate is connected to the tippler by means of the bolt head welded to the tippler in the lorry inlet area. After the fruitlet guide plate was used, there was a decrease in the number and weight of fruit coming out of the tippler pouring area from 331.8 fruitlet per day to 35.1 fruitlet per day and from 3.36 kg per day to 0.33 kg per day.
